"What a wonderful place to stay with the family when visiting Central Florida. We have stayed in many villas in the area in the past, this one, by far was the cleanest and best maintained!! The layout of the home was perfect. It was very welcoming and felt like a second home to us! The south facing large pool area with the shaded lanai was perfect for all say sunshine and we all thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! Martin and Lisa were very east to communicate with and got back to us quickly whenever we had a question. An absolute delight to work with!! Honestly, this place was amazing!! "Lisa & Martin are outstanding hosts -very responsive and helpful! The house was immaculate and perfect for two couples with the two master suites. Another friend stayed in one of the other twin bedrooms and had her own bathroom too with the main bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped. The patio is very private and relaxing and the pool refreshing. It’s a perfect location in the Champions Gate area with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Traffic in the area can be heavy at times so plan ahead. We stayed for four nights but we were so busy we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the game room. The gated community makes it a quiet and secure neighborhood. If we are in the area again we would DEFINITELY return to this beautiful home! "The owners were so friendly from start to finish! The villa was brilliant! So clean and spacious and had all the amenities you could ask for! The boys loved having a bedroom each and they loved it in the pool! So much so that one day we were at Disney and they said can we go back to the villa to go in the pool! The furnishings and surroundings were lovely and there was loads of storage etc. Lots of bedding and towels too... washing facilities excellent!! Location was perfect to get to the parks and Champions Gate area had some nice eateries and shops... we did use Publix but it was expensive so we went to an Aldi 15 mins away and sooo much cheaper!! "This was our first time at Manor Palms Villa and right from the initial enquiry stage Lisa and Martin were fantastic. The paperwork was simple and straight forward and the instructions for driving to and accessing the gated community and the villa were absolutely first class. We stayed for 8 nights in this villa which was exceptionally clean and tidy (both inside and out) and felt very safe with the easy to use security system. The rear aspect of the villa is nice and private looking directly into undeveloped land with trees and bushes, so it really felt like a calm oasis even though it was so close to the busyness of the I4 and the theme parks. “Manor Palms Villa was amazing. The pool was wonderful and our boys never wanted to get out. The jacuzzi is exactly what’s needed after a busy day exploring. The villa has everything you would need and was extremely clean and well presented. My husband liked the fact the villa was secure with an alarm system and that it also alerted you when any of the external doors were opened and which door it was. I loved the fact we came home with no washing. Our boys did have one complaint…… they didn’t want to leave and asked to stay forever! A perfect home to stay in whilst visiting Florida! "The location of the villa was perfect as it was within a 5 minute drive to the Interstate 4 and lots of local amenities and within 20 minutes to the parks. The villa itself was beautiful, located on a private and very quiet gated community. The furnishings made it very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The outside pool area was stunning with views over the conservation area and not being overlooked at all. “Our first time in Florida so we looked at hundreds of villas before chancing on Manor Palms - thank goodness we did. And thank goodness there was availability for our trip. Be warned: this villa gets booked up well in advance and it's not hard to see why. Owners Lisa and Martin were a pleasure to deal with from the get-go. Booking was a piece of cake, couple of forms to fill in and bank transfer deposit to secure. All our queries were dealt with promptly and politely, nothing was too much trouble. It's about a 40 minute drive from Orlando airport to the villa. It's really easy to find especially thanks to the directions sent us by Lisa and Martin. They say that everything is bigger and better in the USA - and that certainly goes for Manor Palms - everything about the place is king size! The whole place is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and cosy and the sofa is big enough for all of four of us to lounge on in front of the big TV after a long day at the theme parks.
Beds (two king size doubles and two twins) are huge, so are the bathrooms (three - two of which are ensuite) two dining rooms, kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine & drier). We walked round the place astounded at the sheer size and quality of everything. And that's before you go outside to to the amazing pool area. It's all spotless and again much bigger than many of the pools at other villas we looked at. Loungers, tables and chairs for alfresco dining, pool lights for late night swimming / drinking fizz in the spa. Then the kids found the game room - there's a full size pool table and air hockey table and TV in the (huge) double garage. Nightly pool competitions! Nearest restaurants, bars, banks, supermarket are about a mile and a half away. Bit too far to walk but a cheap taxi ride. Disney about 20 mins and Universal 35/40mins and dead easy to find along the I4. Would we go back? In a heartbeat. Would I recommend Manor Palms Villa? 100%” The Ward family
"Just returned from this fabulous villa. On entering you certainly get that wow factor and a large spacious lounge with views straight out onto the terrace with private pool and woodland beyond. The villa was beautifully decorated and well furnished throughout. It was difficult to actually leave the villa to go and explore all the attractions and shopping areas that are only a 15 minute or so drive away. Kids loved the good sized pool and games room whilst I was more than happy to soak up the sun on the terrace and relax in the spa pool! We would certainly book the villa again and highly recommend this as a holiday home to anyone." Joanne
"This is the 9th year in a row we have gone to Florida and to quote my wife 'this is the best villa we've stayed at yet!' It is spacious, modern and conveniently located. We stayed at West Haven last year and just love the location close to the I4 and also many other routes to get to shopping and attractions if there are any I4 jams. Very close to Champions Gate with some great amenities for grocery shopping, pharmacy and restaurants if you don't want to go far. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with towels and also kitchen implements. Pool deck is a great size with plenty room to sunbathe but also enough room in the shade for the hot days! Spent many afternoons lazing in the pool gazing out to the forest at the back which made it all very peaceful. Thanks again to Lisa and Martin for letting us stay we enjoyed it very much." "We stayed here over New Year and although the weather was cold the pool was very warm. It is in a great location close enough to the I-4 to access the theme parks but still far enough away from the noise and bustle of Orlando. Lots of restaurants and a Publix supermarket a few minutes drive away at Champions Gate. The villa has a very nice pool area with woodland to the rear. The interior is well decorated and tastefully furnished. It has a great games room and a high chair and single buggy. The room layout was very good especially the dedicated pool shower and toilet. We've been to central Florida many times and this was the best villa we've stayed in. We would definitely recommend this to any one and would love to stay here again although it does get booked up throughout the year and understandably so!" Daniel
